In light of the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on the hospitality industry, as a whole, Buena Vista Rentals has and will continue to provide FULL refunds for any cancellations needed for pre-booked, future reservations.
We will, also,
continue to offer a discount not to exceed 20% for any guest, affected by the pandemic, that
decides to move their current reservation to a future date. This will continue thru the month of June,
for all reservations that were set to start throughout the months of June and
July.

Our phone lines are currently building up and we anticipate that not to stop throughout for the remainder of the day. Because of this we would like to apologize, in advance, for any delays you experience when trying to make your reservation adjustments.
CANCELLATIONS CAN NOT BE DONE THROUGH EMAIL. We are very sorry, but there are no exceptions to this.
If you have emailed a cancellation request please understand that we are doing our absolute best to keep up with our phone lines and will NOT guarantee any cancellation requests through email.
