PARK CANCELLATIONS and your Mobility Rentals:

Good morning everyone.  As most of you have already seen, WDW has made the decision to close all theme parks until the end of the month.  

WDW Resorts and Transportation systems will remain open and active as of now.  

If these cancellations have fallen during the dates of your trip and you have a reservation with us we are offering discounts for re-scheduling your rental dates.  

Anyone who has a rental that starts on, or runs through, 3/15/2020 thru 5/5/2020 will receive a 20% discount when changing your dates.

If you HAVE NOT YET rescheduled your Hotel / Resort dates we will provide you with a CODE for your discount.  Once you make the changes for your vacation please contact us, present your first and last name AND your CODE, and we will apply the discount to your reservation.

If you have already been charged, we will keep your charge on file until you contact us with your date changes.  At that time we will refund the DISCOUNTED amount back to your credit card.  

We truly apologize for any and all inconvenience.  Unfortunately this situation is out of everyone's control but our entire Buena Vista Rentals TEAM will do our absolute best to make certain any changes are processed smoothly.

Our phone lines are currently building up and we anticipate that not to stop throughout for the remainder of the day.  Because of this we would like to apologize, in advance, for any delays you experience when trying to make your reservation adjustments.

CANCELLATIONS CAN NOT BE DONE THROUGH EMAIL.  We are very sorry, but there are no exceptions to this. 

If you have emailed a cancellation request please understand that we are doing our absolute best to keep up with our phone lines and will NOT guarantee any cancellation requests through email.
