My family and I had a fantastic time at Disney this past week due to your scooter. Your rental price was a good value. Using your scooter made it easy to visit all four Disney Parks. A nightly charge lasted all day. My daughter's watch recorded 8+ miles we travelled per day. When we arrived at our resort via Uber, we were trying to figure out how get a bunch of water for the week, and we were very surprised and appreciative of the package that was supplied with the scooter rental. No Uber run to a local convenience store. Job well done!!!

Good afternoon, My stroller was picked up by Christopher this afternoons and I wanted to provide some feedback to your company. Everyone was EXTREMELY nice; in person and over the phone. Oscar dropped our stroller off and I dealt with a few people on the phone. Very professional, very efficient, and accommodating with hurricane Ian. Two suggestions I would like to make: 1. Check over the stroller very thoroughly. We had a double stroller and one of the sun shades was broken, and looked like it was glued back together (there was chunky of white in the piece that was broken). It didn't affect our children because they don't use them. But I know their are families with young babies who specifically need sun shades with UPF because they cannot put sunscreen on young babies. It may have disrupted someone's plans majorly if they needed that. 2. The lock on the stroller; we didn't need it, but If someone wanted to use it to secure their stroller they wouldn't be able to since there was no code left with us. Again, this didn't affect us, but in some cases it may affect another family. We will certainly be using your company again in the future and look forward to working with you soon! Wanted you guys to know how much we appreciated the awesome service we received from Buena Vista Scooter Rental! The scooters were delivered on time to our Disney Resort. The equipment was in excellent condition and ready to go. After half a day in Epcot we noticed the battery was getting low and tried to charge the scooter. Unfortunately the quick charge did not last and we had to call for service. We were surprised by getting an actual person on the line who quickly handled the call. They asked where we would be in the park in 30 minutes and sent someone to meet us! We received a new scooter without having to wait and continued our day! We've had issues with scooters from other companies in the past that totally disrupted our vacation due to lack of service. The other scooter we had rented never had any problems. This morning when I called to reserve a scooter I had the pleasure of speaking with Raphael. When I rented in December I was fortunate to also place my order through him. I must say he is just as professional and kind as he was then. Dear Buena Vista Scooter Rentals - While it is too early for me to let you know my experience with renting a scooter from you, it is not too early to check in about your customer service. I had the pleasure of speaking with your employee, Chaz, when I had a few questions about the different models of scooters and some of the options. Ms. Chaz clearly knows everything about your products! She was able to explain the differences more comprehensively than I had read on the Website. She answered a few questions for me and suggested that I try out a scooter at my local Walmart - an excellent idea that would not have occurred to me since I am not a regular scooter user - I just need a scooter while I am recovering from surgery. To be honest, Ms. Chaz is the reason I decided to rent a scooter from Buena Vista instead of Apple or Scootaround. She was not a salesperson per se, but a source of information and suggestions that made me feel like I would be able to count on Buena Vista if anything came up. Ms. Chaz called me to confirm my reservation. Once again, she answered a few questions quickly and competently. She is thoroughly competent and very kind. I wish everyone who works for me in NY had the same communication skills! Please let Ms. Chaz know that she received this compliment and that she is doing terrific work for Buena Vista! I spoke with Christina today regarding the cancellation of Spirit Airlines Flight 753 last evening. Needless to say it wasn't our greatest experience. Right now Spirit only has availability for Tuesday night. I am still not certain we will be able to be on that flight. Again, because there are no guarantees that the newest reservation wouldn't be cancelled. With that in mind we are exploring using another airline. We would be looking to have the scooter at the Gaylord this coming Wednesday at 8 a.m. Once I have my reservations confirmed, I will contact you. However, I do believe, all things considered, we would need the scooter for Wednesday and Thursday, minimally. I appreciate your patience and professionalism. When you send us the new order can you just issue a refund to my credit card for the days we didn't use the scooter but had already paid for. Also, as a person who has done corporate customer service training, I think it is important to mention that each time I have spoken and worked with Christina, she has been personable, professional and courteous. My husband was having his knee replaced a week after we got back from WDW and because he was experiencing pain and found it difficult to walk around the parks I decided to rent a scooter for him. I made an on-line reservation with a company that I thought was reputable, only to find out that the scooter (ECV) was not delivered at the agreed time we had set up. After trying several times to call the company, we were greeted with a very hostile representative and screamed at him for not answering their text that he received when we were on the plane! We cancelled that reservation and were able to get a credit. After checking around, we found that Disney had no available rentals. A Disney cast member heard that we were having trouble finding a rental and gave us phone numbers to a couple of local ECV rental companies. The only one that was able to accommodate us was Buena Vista Rentals. The person we spoke with went out of her way to locate an ECV for us. It was delivered on time by a very knowledgeable representative. The scooter was clean and in good condition and, with Florida's unpredictable weather, we even got use of the free rain poncho that was stored in the front basket of the ECV!! We certainly hope we're not in a position where we'll need a ECV for this reason again, but we highly recommend this company to anyone who does need one.

Good morning. I just wanted to take a minute to say what a delight it was to use one of your scooters while visiting Orlando. I am a police officer who had knee surgery recently and was in town attending an event at the convention center during the weekend of August 12th through the 15th. The event is called MegaCon and is held every year at the Orange County Convention Center. Because of my knee surgery I am unable to walk for great distances., so I knew I would need a scooter. My girlfriend urged me to look for the best options and one that would deliver to the hotel. After searching through several companies your company stood out. You not only had a great reputation but you also offered themed scooters. At first I was distraught because your site mentioned a 3day minimum, but I was only going to be in town for two days. A short phone call later to one of your service reps and I had a scooter booked and was told it would be at the bellhop station of my hotel by 8am. Not only did I have a great scooter I was able to get scooter #31 which is made to look like a Star Wars Stormtrooper helmet. Going to the convention was a blast. People kept commenting on how awesome my scooter was. People were even taking pictures say how awesome the scooter was. People with scooters from other companies asked where I got my rental and when I told them the details they were shocked. I guess the other companies don't the same services. (I forgot to charge it overnight) But your battery life is insanely LONG. I was at the convention for two whole days on that one charge. I highly recommend your scooters to everyone that asks. Rented a scooter for my father in law, for a trip to Disney. We stayed at Riviera and I was actually reluctant to rent from you all, since you cannot drop off at the bellman. We were coerced by another guest to go with you all because fo the service. They were absolutely correct. Everything from the phone call attendant to the driver that dropped off at to us at the resort were fantastic. So glad we chose you all. We actually witnessed a guest have a rather LONG and inconvenient issue with the one that Disney allows to drop off at the hotels. I asked the Manager of the hotel about it and he even said that Buena Vista is still their "Go-To" and more times than not it is to assist with issues with the other company. You guys are really a fantastic outfit and we truly appreciate how dedicated you are to your service. Thank You!!!!!

To all concerned, My Maxima was a "Maximus Kick Buttikus" ! My pimped out ECV laid waste to those real cheaply made "other" scooters puttering around Hollywood Studios on the 4th of July. You should have seen the stares ! I gave her all heck (and I'm a big guy!) but she took it like a champ ! Battery level hardly moved after a full days use. From top to bottom this company knows customer service and quality !! What a complete pleasure it was dealing with them on the phone trying to get my pimp scooter just to my liking ! And boy was it ! They even wrote on the ticket (*customer asked for a newer scooter) I was joking ! Seriously folks...Disney stay? Concerned about mobility? DON'T BOTHER ! Buena Vista has you covered ! Hello. My girlfriend, Lisa Bancroft, recently rented an ECV from your company and had an amazing experience after a horrible one dealing with "another. I don't know why Disney Resort's would stop using such an amazing company for "the other". Especially when Disney is so focussed on the experience of their customers. The "other" company was awful. We had two scooters from them that died. I witnessed one gentleman at the bell desk with the same problem as us and saw a scooter die while at Hollywood Studios. I felt so bad for the lady. What's worse, the bell man told us this is not a unique experience with "the others" and to call them to rectify the situation. My girlfriend received a pleasant letter from Mr Riedel appreciating us for our business. That is the way business should be done. Anyways, everyone at Buena Vista was so awesome from Alyssa who helped my girlfriend over the phone, the delivery and pick up people, and Mr Riedel. I wanted to share a screenshot of my Yelp review of Buena Vista I left three days ago while still on vacation. I hope this message and my Yelp review is shared with the management team and commendations are made to everyone that helped. I wish I knew who to contact at Disney to let them know how horrible this other company was and how amazing Buena Vista is. I want to fist say 'Thank you' for sending my phone charger back to Michigan ! It is my boyfriends, and although I know it would be safe in my scooter basket .. he is very 'organized' and wanted to make sure it was back in his possession. Secondly, I wanted to give kudos to you and your staff ... I recently bought a gently used scooter from Matthew, and I must say .. 'Zippy' (yes, I named my scooter Zippy...hahahah) is nicer than some of the rentals I've had, and your rentals have always been amazingly new looking and well kept! This speaks volumes! I've been renting from BVS for many years and have always thought about purchasing .. now that I have ... in retrospect, I should have done this YEARS ago! I'm trying to talk my parents into purchasing one .. so that they have at least one each time they come down to Disney. and lastly, I wanted to give praises to three of your best & brightest ... Maxine, Bianca, and Courtney! I've dealt with a lot of different professionals in your company over the years, and they are all amazing, but these three .. THEY ARE EVERYTHING !!!! My parents are coming down to WDW soon and I love that I am able to let one parent use 'Zippy' and the other had to rent ...but renting one (in lieu of two...) makes a difference, for sure. To whom it may concern: I don't typically write letters such as this, but I felt compelled to tell you that you literally saved our vacation! My grandson was a participant in the MAAC tournament held at the Magnolia Golf course the 26th of April through the 29th. I had rented a scooter for my husband, as I knew he would not be able to walk the course, but I never imagined the hotel would be so large that we would also need one for him to navigate the hotel! I called your facility from teh golf course, having made the decision that he could not handle the walking required in the hotel, and lo and behold, it was at the hotel when we arrived back from teh golf tournament. I wish you could have seen the smile on his face when he realized that he could now go anywhere that we went, and believe me, he did not miss out on anything! I don't think people realize how difficult it is when you get older and can't quite get around like you used to. Thank God for your scooters. By the way, our grandson won teh tournament and that was one of those moments we will never forget and thanks to your scooters, my husband didn't miss a hole! Thank you again!

It may seem like an inconvenience to have to meet the driver (because it seemed like that to me) but I assure you, go with the company that is allowed to drop at the hotel and your inconvenience level will be multiplied. Really easy process to book the rental. Met the driver at the from of the resort to get the unit, for my mom, and couldnt be happier. The only thing we could figure out is if there is a vendor that Disney allows to drop scooters at the resorts, why do all the resort workers recommend you all?? GREAT problem for you to have. Great company. We have rented a scooter from them on multiple occasions. It was always ready for pickup at the set time. We had one issue where it stopped working while in Animal Kingdom No questions asked, the sent someone out right away who met us inside the park with a replacement and we were on our way. I always get quick replies when I contact them and booking a scooter over the phone takes a few minutes at most. They are our first choice for ECV rental whenever needed.

What a terrific experience we have every time we use Buena Vista Scooters. They are prompt, their equipment is always in tip top shape and should you have a problem, we did have an issue once, they took care of it within 40 minutes by bringing us a new scooter to use. Their staff that answers the phone is always courteous and easy to understand. My husband was able to use one of their special Star Wars scooters and had so much fun that day! It made our visit to galaxies edge even more exciting. We can highly recommend you choose Buena Vista for all your scooter & stroller needs!

I have used Buena Vista Rentals at least 4 times since 2017. On each occasion, delivery was on time and easy to access. Each scooter was clean and worked well. As long as I was able to charge it at night, I never had issues with the battery during the day. Drop off on the last days were always very easy too. I highly recommend Buena Vista Rentals to anyone looking for scooter rentals in the Orlando area.

A shout out to Maxine and Keith from this company. Our privately owned scooter died on us our first day in Magic Kingdom. I spoke with Maxine who must have spent 25 minutes with me determining which battery was needed. Keith worked with us as well, arranging to pick up our battery pack at our resort, change out our batteries and bring our pack back to our resort. Kudos to Buena Vista Rentals and their magnificent employees who saved our vacation celebrating our 50th Anniversary and 70th Birthdays.

We have rented a scooter through Buena Vista Rentals 3 or 4 times and have never had a problem at all. The scooter was brought to where we were staying and it was always there when they said it would be. When we were leaving to come home, we were told to leave it near the front desk and they would pick it up. How easy is that? The price for the rental was very reasonable too. Not only are your employees and customer service reps polite, informative, and helpful, but the scooters are always in great shape, and we've even gotten some brand spakin' new ones !! We love the added convenience of drop off and pick up ...as well as knowing you can be in a park within minutes if something does happen (which we've never encountered). My husband and mom have used Buena Vista Rentals for at least 10 years. They are our go to when renting a scooter which my husband needs on every Disney trip to make it enjoyable. We have had excellent delivery and pickup service. Once we had an issue while in the park and they were able to swap out a scooter within 20 minutes. They brought it right to us in the park.

Buena Vista has always come through with quality equipment, even when it was a last minute rental. I really like that I can pick up from their office or at the Disney hotels since that is usually when/why I rent. I've never had a breakdown or battery issue because they maintain them so well. I even recommend to all my friends and Disney guests!

I rented two scooters for my mother in law and a friend of ours for the Pride parade and couldn't have been happier! The scooters were literally a life saver and great quality but the customer service was unmeasurable! Krysta was a huge help over the phone when I booked and super kind and helpful when I picked up and dropped them off. 10/10 I recommend this company to EVERYONE I know!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Buena Vista Scooters !! Okay, so truth be told...I have never strayed from BVS, but I did try another company in November and cried the entire time... from the old aging scooter to the squeeky sounds and chattering coming from the tires and steering column... I wanted to KICK MYSELF for not using Buena Vista!! Love the team, the management, and the customer care !!! Thinking of purchasing a used scooter for my trips to Walt Disney World. I do get a loyalty discount for renting often, but, economically I think owning would be much better !! I tell everyone how amazing BVS is ...and I will NEVER stray again !!!!

We have been renting 2 scooters twice a year for at least 10 years now on 5 to 10 day long Disney World Vacations. We won't rent from any other scooter rentals other than Buena Vista Scooters. Their service, Scooters and their staff are impeccable at the least. When we heard that Disney World will only let another company deliver Their scooters which we do not care for to the resorts we Booked at the Swan and Dolphin resorts where Buena Vista can deliver and pick up at..This is how Faithful and Happy we are with the and with their Scooters.

Exceptional customer service. They are certainly the company that the Disney management STILL recommends to fix guests problems, regardless of any "preferred vendor" programs. My folks had a rather significant issue and the way they handled it was nothing short of customer service perfection. That doesn't just happen by accident. Issues with the only scooter provider looks to be a common theme here. We, as well, were fooled by Disney's "go to" scooter company. 4 hour wait with no scooter and then we were told they did not have any available. Manager at Caribbean Beach referred Buena Vista Rentals and said they wouldn't disappoint. You all did not and we are beyond thankful for being referred to you! Scooter was delivered to the resort in less then 45 minutes. Thank you again. That was a mistake that we will not make twice!

Disney, take note to the following: THE GENERAL MANAGER AT YOUR RESORT TOLD US TO CALL BUENA VISTA!!!! HELLO!!!! He said "Buena Vista is our recommended choice, they fix every problem we've ever had with other scooter companies" Buena Vista, you all had a scooter to me in 30 minutes. 100% recommend this company!! I just had a bad experience with another scooter company (that Disney partners with) and I called up Buena Vista Rentals per Bell Service at my hotel. They told me Buena Vista is very very reliable!!! Buena Vista was able to get me a scooter in 45 minutes on a last minute request!!! The representative I spoke with was so helpful and SO NICE!!! My grandmother waited 2.5 hours for Disney's "only" scooter company. Scooter was never delivered. Buena Vista had one there in less than an hour. I thought these changes were supposed to make it more convenient, absurd. Looks like we learned a lesson. Tried, out of what we thought was a convenient necessity, to go with the NEW "preferred" scooter company instead of you all, who we have used numerous times in the past. What a flipping JOKE!! No idea who made the decision to go with these folks, especially because of the pretty much NON-EXISTENT presence of their equipment in the past, but they have no idea what they are doing and, to a certain degree, I don't think Disney had a clue of what they were getting themselves into. They called me 2 and a half hours after they confirmed my scooter was on it's way to tell me they would not be able to fulfill my rental. I told them I expected a full refund and called you all..........My scooter was there 35 minutes later. Thank you. We are sorry. AND NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO ELSEWHERE!!!! Disney needs to fix this quickly.

I've read a lot of stuff the past week and am saddened by the news that you all are no longer a Disney vendor. As stated on your website and every social platform you all are a small family owned and operated company. That says a whole lot to see how many of your rentals are around Orlando and have been for years. Hearing the news and looking at the "new" scooter companies website it's pretty obvious that they are NOT a small family owned and operated business. Usually when that happens focus is lost on the most important aspect of the business, the customer. Hopefully some decision makers will make some sense out of the decision they made that makes none. We love buena vista scooters.

Unbelievable!!! Please tell us it isn't so. No more delivery drop offs to the bellman at Disney. Well, The Palace is close enough and they haven't changed the rules according to their concierge staff. Looks like we might have to stay there. What is this Mickey?? The most utilized scooter rental company that you have offered to your guests for almost 10 years is now NOT able to deliver to your hotels. Buena Vista Scooter Rentals is our NUMBER ONE choice!!!!! no questions. One question that should be asked, is to the "intelligent" folks that made this decision. Why?? I say why because clearly this decision was not based on viewing who does it most and who does it best. Buena Vista Scooters deliveries are EASILY 25 to 1 at the resorts compared to the company that is now, exclusively, handling the resorts drop offs. I certainly do not want to hear of anyone's mobility needs get fumbled with this new process but I just don't see how a company who never capitalized on the delivery process is going to make this work. Buena Vista, we are sorry that this has been sprung on you but we have faith in your business and dedication to your customers. Although it just doesn't seem possible for you to keep up with your current volume, meeting with every renter, we wish you the best of luck and will be calling for our trip in December. You all truly have a fantastic organization, regardless of this senseless decision.

I'd like to express my thanks for the absolutely spectacular service we received from Buena Vista today. In particular, I'd like to thank Matthew Haggadone who used his personal time last night to respond to my emails regarding a scooter problem. Our scooter just stopped working suddenly last night, and we were very concerned since we had plans for today that my wife could not have participated in without the scooter. Matthew responded quickly last night at 8:30p to my call for help, and made arrangements for a loaner to be delivered this morning to our resort at WDW. Sure enough, Jeff showed up around 8:30a, with a loaner, but it was not needed since he quickly fixed the problem on the spot. Matthew has been courteous, patient, and helpful every time we have reached out to him. Just when you think you've seen it all. Buena Vista Scooters can no longer deliver to the resorts on disney property. Since this is apparently affecting all the scooter rental companies it clearly isn't a decision that was made because you all messed up. But to think the decision was made and you all were not the chosen company is something that we are having a hard time wrapping our heads around. I have rented from Buena Vista Scooters several times & have never had a bad experience. Most recently, I rented a scooter from them back in July and it didn't seem to be holding a charge like the ones I had previously rented. I went over to the Boardwalk and talked to the staff member there (Buena Vista rents the surrey bikes and scooters) and they were happy to swap out my scooter on the spot! A couple of years ago, the scooter I had rented from them suddenly stopped working right after I got off the bus at Animal Kingdom...I called them and they were able to tell me where to find the re-set button on the scooter. I followed the directions they gave me over the phone and the scooter became fully functional and I never had any other issues with it. Had that not worked, they offered to bring a replacement. I would definitely recommend Buena Vista Scooters both for their price & the customer service I have received.

I was so pleased with their easy of ordering. It was delivered to my hotel and picked up from there as well. The battery lasted all day without charging! The mini cooler and poncho were another bonus I didnt expect. I had no problems getting from the Dolphin hotel to parks with my ECV using hotel transportation. Really cute idea and you are looking out for the renters of your product. I had requested the cane/crutch holder but called Friday to let you know that I could not use it as my cane has four feet. I took it off and returned it to the Bell Station at Caribbean Beach. I was told I would get a credit. I would like to know if cup holders are available for the front and a larger basket? I use this company for all my Disney trips and they are friendly, efficient and reliable. They are also more affordable than Disney. They deliver the scooter to your disney resort and pick it up after you check out. Most of their scooters are new and perform well. If you have any issues, they are happy to resolve them by changing out the scooter. I highly recommend them!

In June 2018 we rented 3 scooters after a previous rental company messed up our reservation. I called Buena Vista 2 weeks before our trip and they were WONDERFUL!! We had 1 issue in the Magic Kingdom after hours due to a mechanical issue and we had a new scooter at our resort early the next morning. Cannot say enough good things about Buena Vista, their equipment and staff. We are going to Universal in January 2020 and just made another reservation for members of our party.

Thank you, Buena Vista Mobility! Needing a scooter for a two night/one day stay at Disney World, I rented from Buena Vista after reading various reviews. The most influential review stated that BV had been servicing WDW for quite some time, were very dependable and knew what they were doing. The scooter was waiting for me on my arrival , as promised. I did not order the cheapest scooter but the next one up figuring my weight could possibly be a factor in draining the battery power. I don't know if that was the case or if it was the quality of the scooter and service upkeep, but my scooter charge lasted ALL day from 9 a.m. - 10:45 p.m. without additional charging! It stayed on the full charge the entire time! I did use the suggestion from other reviewers by taking the key out when waiting or stopped. My experience with BVM was fantastic! Thanks for helping to make my stay at WDW such a magical experience!

We called for a scooter at the last minute and they were able to rent one to us. Since we were staying at an RV resort, they couldn't deliver it to us so we drove to the warehouse to pick it up which was a short distance. The scooter broke down into several pieces so each piece was lightweight and fit into the back of our SUV very easily and it was easy to put back together to use it. We used it all day at the parks and although we were told the battery life was 6 hours, it lasted into the evening because we were able to charge it at times during the day while eating or resting.

Scooter was at Cabana Bay when we checked in. It was in good shape, and the battery lasted all day. I did plug in in the park, if I knew I was going to be sitting for a while, but the scooter charge never went under full. Pleasantly surprised, after reading mixed reviews.

Staff is pleasant and easy to work with...i decided on one trip to pick it up while waiting for check in time for airbnb and the staff actually broke it down and loaded it into the car... really appreciated that.

Rented a scooter for Disney world. The scooter was waiting for me at check in, even though I rented it for the next 2 days. It was in excellent shape, looked brand new. The seat was comfortable and it operated with ease with my one good hand. The battery was full all day. Easy (for my SIL) to take apart and put it together for travel. If I had to say a con, the cane holder wasn't deep enough to be comfortable. Definitely will rent from them again.

Awesome! My father traveled with us to Disneyworld and we rented from Buena Vista Scooter. His scooter was ready at bell services and we hit the parks as soon as the magical express dropped us off at our resort. The transaction was so easy and convenient. I then returned it at 11:45 pm 3 days later to the same place and that was that. The charge was great as it lasted us the whole day!! My dad is 5ft 7" and weights about 189lbs so the scooter kept its charge from 7 am to 11 pm each day. Here is one thing I must add: I wish these scooters or any by any means could not be pushed when the keys are off as there was 2 instances where 2 ladies tried to push them to take with them. I didn't get it. :( I wrapped my scarf around the steering handle to identify it when we were coming back from rides. Even then, 2 times I had to stop someone from thinking it was theirs( but they didn't even had a key) ughh so annoying. Not Buena vista fault at all, they were great and their scooter was clean and it almost new condition. I enjoyed their service and price was amazing!!

I rented three separate scooters (One for me, One for my daddy and one for my husband.) We stayed at Pop Century (Disney World resort) and all three was fully charged up and ready to be driven. They drove great and stayed charged for a long time. It was not necessary to charge them daily, but, we still did it just in case. We each rented them for 3 days ($120.28 total per scooter. This was with the accidental insurance added.) The next time I rent, Imma get the portable version and also add the shade option (that sun beaming down on you is no joke.) Check the website for all the additions before you call to know exactly what you need. This saved so much time... Was worth every penny.

The way their customer service staff has been trained to speak to their customers, and the way their drivers speak...….everything was great. This is a company that I would recommend to buy fertilizer from, if they told me they sold it. Very highly recommend them, if you are in the need for scooter rentals in Orlando.

Dropped off before we got to the hotel. Concierge showed us where to pick it up and we had it with us the entire trip. Charged up every night, and the battery lasted throughout the parks daily. The person we spoke to on the phone recommended charging the scooter, in teh parks, when we weren't using it. However, I truly feel this was a precautionary measure, which we very much appreciate, because it lasted about 12-14 hours every day without intermittent charging...….YES, I did admit to not following the instructions! Thank you for having our scooter there at our hotel. We could not have made this vacation without it. Helped us so very much! Thank you to Tim who take care of us whenever we needed something. We had an issue, in the parks and he gave us his personal cell phone number in case we had any more issues. We were good the rest of the trip but, when we called back we found out Tim was the General Manager of the company. Now THAT is what I call customer service. You'd think the GM of a company of that size (and I say that because throughout our stay we saw at least 300 different scooter from their company) would not bother with customer interaction, but this guy did and the fact that we didn't know until we called to commend him and was told by the staff who he was.....That is how you treat your customers from the top to the bottom and this proves it.

I rented an ECV for a two week stay in WDW. I had mechanical problems in the park. I called and reported the problem and told them where I was in the park. They advised me it would be an hour until a replacement unit could be delivered. In 45 minutes Matthew from Buena Vista Scooters was calling me to tell me where to find him. Excellent service from Marcie in the office and Matthew on the delivery. I didn't miss a moment of park time as I was exiting a ride when I received the call. Absolutely use this company.

I just wanted to give a big heartfelt thank you to your company and the service you provide. My wife has had two neck surgeries and one back surgery, we love coming to Disney World but could not do it without the use of a scooter. We were just there at Wilderness Lodge over the past weekend. When we checked in, there was no scooter waiting for us. Upon further investigation I realized that instead of making the reservation for October 13th thru 16th, I had accidentally made it for September 13th through 16th so we did not have a reservation. Keith was extremely accommodating and helpful, realized the mistake that I made, and had a scooter at the resort for us within 3 hours. With such short notice and on a weekend as well I was amazed we were able to get anything at all from you. You made what could have been a disastrous weekend into a fantastic family adventure. We rented this scooter during our entire vacation at disneyworld. The scooter was at our resort when we arrived and was fully charged and ready for use. The reservation process online was super easy and quick. We even had an issue with the scooter not keeping it's charge at Magic Kingdom but we called the number on the front of the machine and they had a new scooter to the park within the hour! We continued on with our day as though nothing happened! It was great. We will definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone!!

I've got a bone to pick with you all. First off, the service was fantastic and was very easy to operate. The bone I have to pick is with the driver that did a replacement for us (Replacement was done because I was a bonehead and forgot to charge it the night before, which in itself was gracious of you all to do). The driver was absolutely perfect. Customer service was outstanding, very polite, and very accommodating as we were inside Magic Kingdom. I think he was a bit too perfect, because my wife wouldn't stop yapping about the guy the rest of the day. So maybe its not a bone to pick......Maybe its warning to the driver, watch out for my wife. She's got the eye for you and she is a bit of a firecracker. Well, after all, maybe this is a call to the driver for help. I can't handle this woman, I'm too old and she's too much! Dear Mr. Tim, Just wanted you to know that my recent trip to Disney World was a great experience for my wife and my two grand children (ages 11 &7). Your company had my scooter replaced in less than 30 minutes when my original scooter stopped working. I know and understand that mechanical things break from time to time, but your company did and outstanding job in taking care of me when I had this problem. The gentleman (I wish I had caught his name) who brought me the new scooter was very polite and would not accept a tip from me. He said "You and your family just have a great vacation", and we did, thanks in most part to your company and it's attitude towards your customers. Let me start by saying I don't look at inconveniences and use that to judge a company. I look at how they handle the inconvenience, and THAT is how I judge them. Yes, I would have liked to be "issue" free during my vacation, but we did run into a little trouble with our scooter. It was the way that your absolutely fantastic employees handled the situation that will bring me back to rent with your company. CLASS ACT. I don't find it necessary to go into detail about our troubles but I want everyone to know that customer service is a main priority for this company. They handled our situation in a timely manner, apologized profusely for the issues, and got us on our way. I also hope the upper management and owners read this as well, because who ever pushes to maintain your customer services practices should be given an award. Fantastic job. We had an issue with the scooter seat while in EPCOT one day. I called and received amazing customer service! One of your super friendly employees met us inside EPCOT at a location that was convenient to us and switched out the scooter no problem, with minimal impact on our park day! I would highly recommend your company to anyone with back, knee or leg problems. We are coming back down to Florida in May and just booked our scooter. We rented back in December, by default, and couldn't have been happier. We originally booked from one of your competitors and wished we hadn't. We flew into Florida December 22nd and as soon as we landed had a voicemail from that "establishment". They said that they had overbooked and would not have a scooter for us at the hotel. We were beyond floored. My wife uses a scooter ALL THE TIME. We didn't want to travel with hers because it just takes a lot so we rented. Buena Vista was a name we had seen before so we called. Unfortunately you all told us you were booked up. However, I mentioned our situation to the gentlemen on the phone (Tim, I believe) and he put me on hold for a few minutes. When he came back he said he would help us. He explained that they usually hold a few scooters backs for replacements and typically do not rent these out, but would make an exception. The unit was at our hotel when arrived from the airport. We literally landed, got the message from the JOKE company, called Buena Vista, and got to the hotel all with-in two hours and the scooter was there. You guys know and show what customer service is all about. Thank You!

We have used Buena Vista Rentals for the past 5 or 6 seasons. Typically we have our kids and grandkids with us for the Christmas holiday, where we always stay at the Camp Ground @ Fort Wilderness. This year, as our kids decided to celebrate at home in Wisconsin, it was just the wife and I. We stay at Contemporary and had the convenience of the monorail. Always used the busses to get around, which was always very accessible to the scooters. The monorail system is no different. VERY Convenient. We've had a couple issues, in the past, with scooters but These guys were there in no time to either help us trouble shoot the issue or bring us a new unit. It's all about how a company trains its staff to handle ANY situation. These guys got it right. Once a Buena Vista Renter ALWAYS a Buena Vista Renter.

I must say...... We had an issue with your equipment. Battery died after about 4 hours which, as one could imagine, had me livid during our trip. We pay a lot of money for the trip so to have an issue is unsettling. HOWEVER, the way the situation was handled was a true class act. Receptionist apologized profusely and assured us we would have a unit brought to us, with-in the hour, in the park. Sure enough (and I timed it) 37 minutes later we had a driver find us in the food court on Main street in The Magic Kingdom with a replacement scooter. This one lasted well beyond the guaranteed time. You guys saved a customer. Really, really great service. Thank you! He too apologized over and over again

We booked with them 4 months ago, because we heard Christmas time was busy. Just back from WDW and very good service. The first scooter was a lemon, and had to push it on the bus, and back to my room, but was promptly replaced and loved the rest of the week. I had a red one and it was fast. Would rent again in a heartbeat and recommend your company to anyone looking to save some money in Orlando... P.S. We wanted to take a moment and share our experience with Buena Vista Scooters. We're old.......ish, and have found, over the years, it gets less and less realistic for our us to think we can walk these parks for our entire stay. We have rented two times and both were satisfied by Buena Vista Scooter Rentals. First time we rented two scooters for a total of 7 days. Each scooter lasted for as long as we needed each day and were able to re-charge in the room overnight (it was a tight squeeze at Art of Animation, but they fit). The very last day we experienced an issue with one of them and were frantic on how to take care of the situation. We called Buena Vista (which you can find the number everywhere on the equipment as well as the literature they send with the rental), and their customer service rep was very polite and helpful, so helpful that she was able to trouble shoot the problem over the phone and we were on our way not even 4 minutes after calling. I was the numb skull with that issue. 2 rental we got 2 scooter for 5 days, and we actually had an issue with one on the first day. I must admit we both were a little frustrated after only using the scooter for a few hours in the parks. However, again we called and the customer service gal on the line never once questioned anything. She tried to trouble shoot over the phone and when that didn't work she put me on hold for about 2 minutes and when she got back online she told me that a driver would be to me, IN THE PARK, with-in 30 minutes. We received a phone call from the driver maybe 15 minutes later and he was to us 10 minutes after that. I know that I have shared an experience that put us out a little bit during our vacation but the way it was handled by everyone, the customer service center, as well as the kind driver made it well worth it. Customer service is all about how you handle the tough situations. Our issue wasn't exactly tough but it was a lot less annoying because Buena Vista Scooters knew exactly what they were doing from start to finish. We are lifetime renters and appreciate what and how you provide your services. Thank you from a couple of geezers!!

Just wanted to say "Thank you" for providing such a quality chair at a reasonable price. Was asked couple times throughout our trip about the chair and how much it payed to rent. Mostly by people that were given cheap scooters that couldn't hold a charge. I was able to use mine all day and was still showing full battery at the end of the day. I didn't use the scooter in the park, as I was at Coronado Springs for a convention, but it was amazing. I strictly used it to get from my room, to the convention area, to the restaurant, and then the outdoor lounge area at the end of the day. Lasted all day and was absolutely perfect for me, as I had a broken foot. Service was top notch!

First, I want to say that I'm not sure where the phone numbers on this YELP listing are coming from, as the phone numbers are 866-484-4797 and 407-938-0349. AND, the company is more precisely identified as: Buena Vista Scooter Rentals. We reserved a Jazzy powerchair through Buena Vista for our 6 night stay at one of the Disney resort properties. We had a very early flight, arriving at our hotel at 9am - the powerchair was already there, waiting for us. For 7 fun-filled very long days, days that lasted usually always until 11 pm every night, the battery on the powerchair remained strong! Never once did we have a problem with the battery! We did have an issue, not with the chair itself, but with an employee on one of the rides - at Disney, you get on a ride, then the ride employee moves your assistive device to the place where you'll be exiting the ride so that it's there when you get off. This time, and only this time - we rode a zillion rides and this is the only time it happened - the operator flipped a switch that rendered the wheelchair immovable. Of course, we didn't know that - we got off the ride and into the wheelchair, and it didn't move! Panic ensued as you can imagine, because this meant that we could go nowhere. We weren't familiar with the switches that we later found out had been switched - at the time we thought, oh no, the wheelchair is busted!!!, now what???? We called Buena Vista and a wonderful man, gosh how I wish we remembered his name, immediately summoned the cavalry and got a new powerchair ordered and said it would be delivered to our precise location at the Aladdin Magic Carpet Ride within the hour. Bam, that's service, direct to our precise location, not at the front gate of the park, NO, direct to where we were - a very important and necessary service when you have a customer, us, one of whom cannot walk unassisted, who depends 100% upon their assistive device to be mobile. We were so grateful for the excellent service. But then, things got even better - the gentleman said, "Ok, before I let you go, let's do some trouble shooting." Holy cow, within just a few moments, he had diagnosed the problem - like I earlier said, we were unaware of these yellow switches that are located under the seat, that switch the chair into drive or neutral - even though the ride operator was aware of them, haha, clearly! The rep on the phone directed us to find them, we flipped the switch from neutral to drive and we were all set, emergency diffused, no problem at all! And it was all do to an over zealous Disney ride employee who as it turned out was actually more familiar with our chair than we were, lol! When it was time to leave the resort, we didn't even have to leave the chair at the concierge, we just left it outside our room, and it was picked up there directly by Buena Vista (or, maybe the Disney people brought it to the front desk, I don't know - the Caribbean Beach Resort is ridiculously huge, you have to take a shuttle to the front desk, seriously.......). We can't thank Buena Vista enough for their outstanding customer service and their excellent equipment. The price was also great - $40 per day for the outstanding Jazzy powerchair, no deposit, and we weren't charged until after we actually began using the chair, not weeks before when we reserved it.

I am a Travel Consultant and deal with these company's often, on Tuesday I ordered a EVC from another company and on Wednesday the EVC never arrived...So I quickly called Buena Vista Scooter Rentals and they set up delivery right away for first thing Thursday morning! I am SOOO impressed with these guys! Their staff is professional and courteous, scooters reasonably priced, and I chose them because their scooters looked better maintained than other vendors! I was right! I rented one for several days to go to Disney, and they dropped it off when they said and made it so easy. The scooter worked and looked great, and when the battery died they had someone out the same day with a freshly charged replacement! On top of that I found out the hotel staff had forgotten to plug it in and charge it at night like I had asked. So Buena Vista was technically not even responsible, but they actually CARE about their clients and sent a new one out promptly! Who does that today? With no attitude, except to be concerned and responsive! They made it possible for me to go places that would normally be beyond my physical limitations, and it made our whole vacation! These are the ONLY guys I will rent from in future! Thank you Buena Vista! You are awesome!!!!

Thank you Buena Vista. I wish I didn't have to say this but your company, literally, saved our vacation! We reserved with another Disney preferred company, like 6 months ago. We not so much as stepped foot off the airplane in Orlando when we noticed a voice mail on our cell phone, from the company we were supposed to be receiving a scooter from, saying they did not have any scooters to rent and we would not have one at our hotel. First off, I asked to speak to the owner at which time I was told the owner does not live in Florida and does not deal with customers. WHAT?!?!? I then asked how could they not have a scooter for us if we reserved 6 months ago........."Because we overbooked our rentals". HOW IN THE H*LL is this company "preferred"??? Anyway you guys were able to have one to the hotel that evening for us and EVEN GAVE US A DISCOUNT for our troubles. CLASS ACT!!! I will always rent from you, I will always refer people to you,and will be writing Disney a letter about how great Buena Vista is and how horribly unprofessional and irresponsible the other company is. Disney should NOT EVER refer this company to any of their guests. Thank you all!!

Called BVS early on a Tuesday morning after a scooter from another company (apple scooter) left us stranded at Disney Springs in the middle of the night with no one to call for help. Needless to say we were livid and ready to return that faulty scooter asap. We called Buena vista scooter at 8am the next morning and spoke to Tim, who took care of us immediately and even apologized for the other companies horrible service. We even got a 10%discount for our awful experience with that other company. BVS service is awesome our scooter arrived at our resort one hour and a half later. AMAZING!!! Great scooter in immaculate condition. They are super reliable, friendly and considerate, so we booked our scooter for our next trip with them already. I rented a wheel chair for my mother in law and the service was VERY VERY good. Typically I'm not easy to impress, but your phone staff,who I spoke with on several occassions because our resort location kept changing, were just the most friendly people to speak with on the phone. I want to thank the folks over at Buena Vista Scooter Rentals / Buena Vista Stroller Rentals for the scooter this week. I'm still recovering from surgery, and didn't want to miss out on our trip with family and friends. After being stubborn and attempting to walk the park, I finally called them at 5:30pm. They were very helpful, and told me the scooter would be delivered by 7am. It was delivered before we even returned to the resort a few hours later! The battery even lasted a full day without needed a recharge. (We took my grandmother a few years ago, and rented from another company. The battery would only last until dinner before needing a charge.) Hopefully this will be the only time I need to rent a scooter, but in the event I do Buena Vista Scooter Rentals is my only choice.

My husband & I have used Buena Vista before when visiting Disney, both of us needing scooters for mobility. This trip yesterday 4/1/14, we had scooters delivered to our Disney hotel which was done perfectly on time. We spent the afternoon at Epcot with our scooters, which we never had any issue with prior to this, when they both gave out on our way to the bus for the hotel. Having an issue walking, it was necessary to put my unit in neutral in order to get it back to the hotel. After going berserk on the young man answering the phone, he not only was extremely polite but accommodating and replacing both scooters before we arrived back at the hotel. I will not only always use this company but recommend it to anyone who needs their type of services. That behavior is what makes a company successful, BRAVO, Buena Vista Companies!

I have bad arthritis and the handle controls were easy to the touch, to press. This made an exceptional difference in driving the ECV. I would use your services and this brand of scooter again. Dear Staff at Buena Vista, For a long time, since a diagnosis of MS, I've found my mobility slowly declining. I've rented scooters from various companies, including yours since 2007. I thought about purchasing a product, but never found one I absolutely loved enough to purchase. Liked it enough to rent, but never buy. Last week, your website advertised used scooters for sale. I figured if the price was right, I'd find something I could live with. I wanted to purchase from your company since my main reason for wanting a scooter was to handle the theme parks and I knew all of your scooters performed beautifully for guests in the park and was confident any purchase wouldn't let me down. Tim was very nice to work with. It took us a bit to get in touch with each other, but once we did, the communication was excellent. I told Tim what my budget was and what my needs were. In about one hour, I had pictures texted to my phone of the scooter he could sell me that met my needs and budget. We agreed to the purchase, I provided my credit card, and he even agreed to have it delivered to the Disney Resort of my choice since I was coming in for the weekend. I love my scooter. In fact, I love it so much that I was sad to part with it during a requested maintenance, but Buena Vista gave me a courtesy rental and my day went uninterrupted. They picked it up and had it back in the same day. If you're considering renting or buying a cup holder, do it! Tim sold me one at my request and I can't tell you how great it was. It fits the mugs for the resorts with no problem. Even my husband loves the scooter and he loves it so much we are considering the purchase of a second and if we do, it will be from Buena Vista! Definitely rent or buy from this company. They won't let you down!

Oh to be young again! As inevitable as growing old may be I enjoy attempting to refute the laws of life and doing all I can to defy the physical limits my body tries to enforce. I walk daily, jog ocaasionally, and always make sure I take the stairs as opposed to an elevator or escalator. It gives me confidence, makes me feel healthier and does wonders for my rear-end ;) Although I strive to live physical, the one time a year I do give in to my body's urges is our annual trip to Walt Disney World. We have been taking our grandkids to "the happiest place on earth" since they were 3 and 5. They are now 12 and 14 and are much more capable of lasting a FULL day in the parks then they were in the beginning. Although I refuse to feel 67 I'm no dumb-dumb, I know for sure I can't maneuver the parks like I'm 14. Walt (The older half) and I have been renting scooters for the last 5 years of our trips. 3 times with other companies and the last two with Buena Vista. Looks like Buena Vista is NOT going to be able to get rid of us! What a great place to do business. We have read the testimonials on the website and agree with them all. We even did a little further research on You all and read some "not-so" flattering comments, however, one thing you tend to understand with 67 years of experience is you CAN NOT please everyone ALL THE TIME.......and, lets face it, most of the people renting the scooters are like us, on the "seasoned" side of the age bracket.....and, unfortunately so, most of them are a tad bit cranky! good luck trying to please those yahoos! You guys are a fantastic company, with fantastic service, and a fantastic reputation. Keep up the good work! And thanks for the comfortable scooters, the nice soft seat helps keep my back side rested for the rest of the years workouts!

We had a wonderful experience with one of your scooters on our recent trip to WDW. I recommended Buena Vista Scooters to others who were currently at WDW and having trouble with their current scooter. Addtionally, I have recommended you to friends since returning. We look forward to using you business again in the future! Our scooter was a high quality unit in great condition and the battery charge was still on full every evening, after hours of touring. The variable speed control knob was a life saver in the large crowds in the holiday season. We were also glad that we had added the extra basket in back, and my husband was thankful that he did not have to carry our backpack. We were able to transport the scooter, the Maxima, in the back of our SUV, once we removed the automobile's third seat, thanks to my husband and teenage son. I must say, for a guy with ZERO experience in the department of scooters you folks got me what I needed and for that I couldn't be happier. We had my mom and dad fly in with us so they could enjoy the parks with their grandkids. They know absolutely nothing about these either, but with the walking involved with the parks we just couldn't risk it. interupting 6 kids while visiting Magic Kingdom was something I wanted, AT ALL COST, to avoid.........And yes I did say SIX kids! Rented a Scooter and it was at my hotel when I arrived. It was clean and in good repair. It did hold a charge all day as long as it was charged all night. It was so nice having it at the hotel, and all the Disney buses were accessible, and the drivers very helpful. I did not have to worry about getting to the parks when they opened to secure my transportation and was able to use it at Downtown Disney also. I highly recommend renting from this company.

We've used just about all the scooter rental outfits around the Disney area in the past 10 years and I can say without question, Buena Vista is by far the best. We saw a few different scooters that looked a bit nicer then what we had but thats only because they were a little newer......few more rentals and they will pretty much match up.......What WILL NOT match up, however, is the customer service! Buena Vista had, without question, better customer service than any other company we have dealt with to date. With customer service like that you can give me a unit thats 50 years old and beat to the high heavens, as long as it works. Every person we spoke with had superb customer service skills and great phone voices. We are Disney regulars and now Buena Vista regulars. Thanks for GREAT service, and kudos to Ann and Brendan. I have used Buena Vista for some years now when we come down to Disney World. Used to love to walk it in my younger years, but arthritis has now made that impossible. Great Rental!!! Was at hotel 8:00 am as promised. Was very easy to get on buses to parks and was able to go through all gift shops. Held charge for entire day and did not need to be charged except at night. Was great not having to walk to scooter rental, wait in line and hope scooters weren''t all gone at parks. Just a note to all those questioning whether or not to use a scooter and/or whether or not to rent from this company: Don''t let your pride prevent you from enjoying a visit with family to any of the amazing Orlando attractions. And YES, do use this company ... they were "great" to work with. The scooter was at our resort when it was supposed to be, all charged up and ready to go. This was my first time ever using a scooter. Post-Polio has slowed me down a bit now that I''m in my 60''s and I hate to admit that these legs just don''t have the endurance that they used to. So, since we were taking the grandkids and wanted to enjoy the parks (Universal) as much as they did; it was obvious to me that this time I needed a little help. The scooter was a godsend for me. For our WDW stay, we reserved 2 scooters many months in advance of our trip. Two days prior to our arrival, I touched base with BuenaVista Scooters and the lady on the phone had all our info and assured us our scooters would be waiting for us at the resort. These scooters were a blessing. I would however, suggest a cup holder on the handlebar. The company was truly a pleasure to work with. It rained a little in the park and with the poncho provided I had no issues whatsoever. The scooter itself was in great condition. The battery lasted a whole day at the park. I recently brought my 85 year old grandmother and 92 year old grandfather to Walt Disney World for the Thanksgiving holiday. Not anticipating how busy your services would be during that time we called the day we arrived at The Coronado Springs Resort. Unfortunately we were advised that Nov-Dec happen to be your busiest times of the year. Fortunately a lovely young lady (Ann) took our name down and advised us that cancellations are possible and she would contact us should this occur. The very next morning a Gentleman by the name of Brendan called us to let us know that a reservation of two scooters had cancelled and if we were still in need of rental scooters we could have two that morning. Not even 45 minutes had passed after I placed the reservation did the scooters arrive at the Resort. We can not thank your company and most importantly your courtious, thoughful, and helpful staff for making this happen for us with such short notice. During our trip through all the theme parks we noticed hundreds of scooters being used....It seems as though this must be the business to get into, which is why I am so thankful that someone called us back. Your company must be doing well that you could have just waited for the next person to call and give the cancelled scooters to. Then I realized the way we were handled by your company, taking our names down, and actually calling us back, that is why you were recommended, not only by other visitors but actually by the Disney Resorts and employees themselves!!!! You have a good thing going and it's great to know that this company and it's staff do not take their services and paying customers for granted....you truly care and it truly shows. Buena Vista, I must first say THANK YOU! Second I would like to say that THIS IS a testimonial and one that I would like to encourage others to rent from Buena Vista. The next few lines may sound like a complaint, and at the time it might have been, but it was the way that our previous rentals were handled that made us a PERMANENT customer of Buena Vista Scooter Rentals. I would recommend this company to ANYONE they are efficient, honest, and extremely courtious as well. I was somewhat reluctant to rent from you folks, as our first experience was a little bit of a mess. We originally rented a maxima scooter in ealry October 2009 and the unit quit on us in the middle of Magic Kingdom. We called and some one brought us a replacement about an hour or so later. Not too happy about it quitting but was relieved to have a new scooter to us in hopes that we would be worry free for the remainder of our trip. Unfortunately that did not turn out to be the case, as we found our selves stuck in the rain the very next day. We, once again had to call to have someone help us out. Now, to be quite honest, the unit did have a number of warnings that they should be kept out of the rain, so we expected to be out of luck when we called. To our surprise we had someone come out to us in Epcot to replace the scooter that had gotten wet. Our next Disney trip came over Thanksgiving 2010 and I encouraged my wife to try another company just to compare services. To no avail on my part we rented from Buena Vista once again. First off, we were given a 10% discount for being a repeat customer as well as 10% for the issues we faced the previous year.......Definite BONUS. Scooter was FANTASTIC Did not have an issue the entire rental. We even had a gentlemen call us to make sure our rental was going okay. Now to JUNE 2011 we rented another maxima and actually had a little snag, but it was simple and did not require a replacement. it was actually an issue that was handled by over the phone trouble shooting. After the few rentals and issues that we had I realized that no matter where we rented from we would be dealing with rental equipment that is used by different people all the time. It became apparent that it is not what goes wrong with the scooter, because I'm sure it hasppens alot, it is how the issues are dealt with. And Buena Vista Scooters handles their customer and the issues their customers have 100% top notch. Thank you So much for the assistance. We are and always will be customers of yours!

Just thought your service and equipment were worth dropping Buena Vista a complimentary e-mail. My wife and I headed down to Disney earlier this month for our 42nd wedding anniversry. Coming from the midwest we made a few stops along the way. While we were in the absolutely gorgeous area of Savannah Georgia my wife took a bit of a spill and ended up spraining her ankle. We contacted Disney reservations, since we knew there was absolutely NO WAY she was going to handle the few days of walking in the parks we had planned, and they gave us The number to Buena Vista. We wanted to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary with our children in the most magical place on earth, which is the same place we went on our honeymoon, Disney World. However, my husband was permanently injured in a work related accident over 4 years ago and walking for any length of time is impossible. A couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to be able to go to Disney World for a couple of days. Between the time we made our reservations and the date of our trip I broke my foot and was on crutches. Exceptional, I need not say more. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service as well as the EXTRA help while we were stranded by Germany in Epcot. I first must preface my story for future Buena Vista renters by adding that the "stranded" portion of our trip was in fact my own fault. I neglected to charge my scooter after the first FULL days use and then used it for probably 4-5 hours the next and it died around 4pm in Epcot. I called Buena Vista only looking for suggestions, as I figured my own stupidity was not grounds for them to be put out. To my absolute delight a very nice, rather handsome Asian fellow named Peter came INTO THE PARKS with a new unit for us. Buena Vista service is above all expectations and my husband Harold and I would recommend them to EVERYONE! Thank you so much for all of your help. My father-in-law was able to visit Disney twice in the past 3 years because of B.V.S.R. He had cancer that attacked his bones and was unable to walk very far. As soon as you step off the bus or drive to your hotel entrance the scooter is waiting for him. One time we had a flat tire on the scooter. Buena Vista, Your service was fantastic. A lot of other companies in town that work the same way you folks do, but LUCKILY you were the first we called. Some people had scooters that were a buck or two cheaper, but they got what they paid for. We met a couple that had a dead scooter at the Dumbo ride in the middle of the park and questioned why we paid $30 a day.....I guess they got the answer as we rode passed and they continued to wait. As we were preparing for our upcoming Disney trip I couldn't help but think about the challenges my MIL has walking long distances due to arthritis. I approached her about renting a scooter from BUena Vista and although it was a new experience she went with it and we couldnt have been happier! Just wanted to let you know that your scooters were a complete life saver for my parents while visiting Disney. My husband and I brought my folks for their Anniversary/ Thanksgiving along with our two kids and there is no way we would have been able to do all that park hopping without assistance. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Your scooter was a lifesaver for me. We came to Orlando for a Disney vacation and never thought to rent wheelchair for my mother. The walking around just at the hotel was enough for her to want to go home. We stayed at Coronado Springs on Disney property and the front desk recommended your outfit. We had a scooter delivered to the hotel with-in 45 minutes of our call. Superb service and friendly people. I would recommend BUena Vista to anyone who cant do all that walking. My wife is not totally diasabled but has difficulty walking the long distances at Walt Disney World so we tried one of the standard scooters. It made our visit much more enjoyable.The scooter was at the Disney hotel, as promised and was mechanically perfect. MOving throughout the Disney property via the Disney transport system is very easy as all of the busses are ramp equipped. I recommend it to anyone who is physically challenged as it makes ones visit much more enjoyable.

Summer vacation would have been a bust without Buena Vista Scooters.com. We were recommended by our hotel when we reserved our room. We went to your site and made a reservation right there which took all but 5 minutes. Great job to The Buena Vista Team! My family and I were at WDW over the 2009 Christmas Holiday and rented a scooter from you. When i had a slight problem with my scooter you were there with a replacement almost before I hung up the phone. You are amazing and having you right there on-site is such a plus. We have since bought into the DVC program and will be returning to WDW often and you can count on hearing from us many more times. Just returned from a fabulous trip to WDW and wanted to send a personal thank you for the wonderful service you provided. I rented the stantard model scooter for my 6 day trip and was delighted to find it waiting for me at the Grand Floridian upon my arrival. The scooter was in excellent condition, never ran out of battery power, and was extremely easy to operate. In addition, everywhere and everyone in WDW was very accommodating of the scooter. Returning the scooter was also simple, I just returned it to the Front Desk at the Hotel and they took care of it from there. The price was so reasonable, much less than from WDW direct. I recommended your company to several people I met who were renting day by day directly from WDW and will also mention your service to anyone I know who will be visiting WDW. Your MAXIMA scooters were a Godsend! We couldn''t have kept up with the grandkids without them. We initially rented one for my husband but by day two we requested a second which was available early on day two for myself. They made the WDW trip so easy and we tooled all over Magic Kingdom, Epcot etc very easily for 5 days and had a great time. Accomodations for the scooters were made at all rides & restaraunts and the WDW bus drivers were exceedingly gracious and helpful getting us to and from our destinations. THANK YOU for making our WDW trip easy and comfortable.

We just returned our Maxima from an 8 day rental. My husband weighs about 450 pounds and had no problems at all.The charge held up after up to 10 hours in a park. It went up hills with no issues and was extremely easy to maneuver. We would highly recommend the Maxima and Buena Vista Scooters to anyone looking to have a great trip to Disney. Renting from BVS was about half of the cost as renting from Disney. They delivered the scooter and picked it up at our hotel. What a lifesaver!!!! Thanks for making our trip much less stressful!!!!

Good evening, My name is Jefferson Thoms, I recently rented an ECV unit from Buena Vista Scooters for my use at the Grand Floridian Resort. I must say, for as much as my wife denied needing the use of a scooter for our visit to the parks, my entire family (wife now included) agree that this is a convenience that is a MUST to endure the long hours in the parks. However, we did experience one of your wonderfully wet afternoon down pours which did have a not so good effect on our scooter. To no fault of Buena Vista though, it was clearly stated on our scooters name tag as well as our reciept that there is a possibility of malfunction if the unit gets wet, our scooter made a funny beeping sound and was unusable for a total of 30 minutes. At first, I hesitated to rent a scooter for our recent trip to Disney World since, even though I recently had surgery and have a bad back, I can walk. However, it turned out to be the best investment I ever made. I could never have kept up with my five grandchildren without it. A Buena Vista Scooter delivered right to Coronado Springs allowed me to manuever not only the park but also our resort, which was huge! The scooter was easy to navigate, in great condition,and the battery never went below full, even after spending the entire day at the park! I worried needlessly about using the Disney transportation system with the scooter. It was never a problem and everyone was very accomodating. It is so much more enjoyable when you don't have to ask everyone to, "stop for just a minute." An added bonus is that is has just the right place to park backpacks, water bottles, bags of souveniers, and once I even rode around with a cake box between my feet! I would recommend Buena Vista Scooters to anyone of a "certain age", even if not disabled, contemplating a trip to Disney.

My wife rented a scooter for me and the 1st day we were at Animal Kingdom and the scooter had very little power so my wife called Buena Vista and they brought me another scooter right to the park!!! We were at Walt Disney World from April 21st, 2008 to April 26th, 2008 and staying at the Boardwalk villas. This was the third year we have rented two ECV (scooters), however it was the first time we rented from Buena Vista Scooters. Our experience with them was very favorable and they were very professional and courteous. I sincerely believe their scooters were the best we have rented so far. Our scooters did show slight wear, but still looked good and gave us excellent service. I do believe they were a slightly heavier duty scooter than we have gotten from the other companies we have rented from and felt these ran much smoother than those in prior years. We were a very satisfied customer and definitely plan on using them again when we return in December.
