Changes to our Delivery Process

IMPORTANT: Any and ALL reservations placed prior to October 1st will be delivered to the bellman of your resort 

Unfortunately, the new policies, set forth by WDW, WILL be affecting Buena Vista Rentals.

We will continue doing our absolute best to fulfill current and future commitments to our guests.  

This will be done by providing the very best product and the very best customer service required in assisting with everyone's mobility needs.

We sure wish this was not case, however, decisions regarding "Preferred Vendor" status, and our ability to to deliver equipment to the bellman of each resort is far beyond our control.

We TRULY appreciate the support over the years and, as mentioned, will do our very best to accommodate your future mobility needs with the options for deliveries that we were given.

ALL future rentals will be based on a "Meet and Greet" platform.

On a positive note, this NEW process means that we will have the chance to personally thank you for your continued support and shake the hands of each one of our loyal renters.

Buena Vista Rentals has built our reputation on an extreme attention to detail, exceptional equipment quality and, above all, unmatched customer service.

We intend to navigate this new process with those key components in mind and continue serve and assist you all.
