Just wanted you to know that I hold your outfit in high regard. To refresh your memory of my case:My scooter was apparently dropped somewhere between Nashville and Orlando resulting in damage to the inside of the battery case and more serious damage to the controller. You people managed to get me a replacement scooter so that the rest of my trip could be completed. When I need a new scooter I will go thru you. Many thanks to Robert and Bob. Thanks again.

Last year I rented a scooter from you for my husband and he absolutely loved it. We are coming back to Disney in October and have already reserved one for him. With the other company we used to deal with we always had to wait for it to get there. But with Buena Vista, it's there waiting for him as soon as we get to the resort.
