Disney made the wrong selection, many people have told us this all week, while were on your scooter, and we've experienced it ourselves. The "other" company is completely unreliable. In June 2018 we rented 3 scooters after a previous rental company messed up our reservation. I called Buena Vista 2 weeks before our trip and they were WONDERFUL!! We had 1 issue in the Magic Kingdom after hours due to a mechanical issue and we had a new scooter at our resort early the next morning. Cannot say enough good things about Buena Vista, their equipment and staff. We are going to Universal in January 2020 and just made another reservation for members of our party.

Needed a wheelchair at Disney for my teen son, somewhat last minute. Took great care of us and were accommodating.

Every time I have called and done business with Buena Vista Rentals, they have been extremely courteous and very helpful. I look forward to doing more business with them soon.

I am soooooooo glad I chose you for my rental! It was delivered on time. The rep was really helpful and knowledgeable (I am so sorry, I forgot his name)!
